​@@PastorsCrazyWife except weirdly they put what appears to be the main door in that suite. Better make sure the kid's bedrooms, bathroom ans utility room are extra clean when guests arrive because they're marching down that hallway.

Absolutely love this home! That seafoam/sage paint color on the cabinets is so beautiful. The master suite is so huge and roomy, not to mention the master bath and closet. What an awesome shower! This is a beautiful home but I have one complaint. Just like just about every home that you tour there isn’t enough dining space. Even some of the four bedroom homes (which indicates that the purchaser would have a large family) only have enough space for a 4 person table. They should have space for an eight person table.

Amazing floor plan. Love the 4 bedrooms. Really don't see the reason for 3 shower stations in the master. Love the blue/green cabinet color AND the colors on the exterior. Adding a 1/2 bath for guests would be nice. Only problem is the builders are really coming up with great floor plans, BUT - EVERY model should have room for a fridge in the utility room. Very common to need an extra fridge for a family.😊

Really like the LVP flooring! Actually looks like wood! Would like that throughout instead of carpeting. I like that the color of the dining room and family room curtains match the color of the kitchen cabinets. Classy. Beautiful home. Great layout.

That master shower is ridiculous. It reminded me of the movies where they show prison showers. How many people do they expect to take a shower at once, or how many shower heads do one person need. Everything else is beautiful. The green color is gorgeous

I could do without the table added onto the island. Instead, have the island top extended over for seating to save space in the kitchen. As it is, it messes up the flow big time. Everything else is perfection! Does it come in a three bedroom ,but with all the other wonderfulness ?

Love all the high end finishes in this home. That master shower - WOW! Not only can Ma and Pa shower together, they can give the dogs a bath at the same time! Not sure how I feel about the living room being so far from the kitchen; it'd be kind of a pain to schlep hors d'oeuvres and drinks back and forth. But if you had a home business, it would be perfect to serve as a reception area and office.

Now we are talking! Love this layout! Always wanted a big room at one end and seen many videos of yours for quite a long time and finally this is what I always loved how this room and kitchen at one end and main bed and bath at other end. Some panorama windows. Never liked them. Yuck. I love the color for the cabunets. Finally a color instead of that white and black. You know if you work i kitchen with white cabinets it get dirty and work out spots faster. Chance if you want to figure out colors. They do have online color name matching website. I forgot the name now but I use one for my own website on former roller skating rinks and what you do is hover the mouse over the snapshot from your video and it will tell you what pantone name and number. It does look like what it caled Sea Foam Green. That shower in main bath is called his and her shower. My father had one at his old milin dollar home in Flordia. I saw it. Very similar layout but his was a stickbuild at a gated community in Lakewood Ranch.

OK, love those 5 panel interior doors and the colors! Seafoam green? Same complaint--large home with only one bath with one sink to service the bulk of the family--not sufficient for a large family trying to get ready for school in the morning. Too much master bath and not enough family baths. very unique home

Very cool. 2 issues. No pantry. No water closet. I wouldn’t need a shower THAT big. I’m not washing 10 kids or dogs at once 🤣. I’m sure making that shower a bit smaller would give you plenty of room for an actual water closet. That bathroom was gorgeous and I love the closet and large master. You can have a sitting area if you stick the dresser somewhere else. I’m not sure I’d want the barn doors though. I would rather have a single door and have more wall space. I do like the other living room off by itself. And I like the door to he family room kitchen area to keep the noise from the bedrooms. Where oh where could you put a pantry? Make the house 6’ wider and stick the pantry in right after you walk thru the barn door. That would also give you 6 feet on the family room side to add a game table and chairs. I’d have to make that dining area banquette seating so I could fit a lot of people for the holidays. I’d add a front porch (like that one you had a long while ago that’s really tall and all wood) and I’d add a covered patio along the whole side of the house connecting to the garages. I’d wrap a covered walkway around the corner to the door where the laundry room is.

Hello Chance! I have a small complaint. You aren't showing a good view of the amount of room around the commode area. You've done so before. You only showed it as you were leaving the shower, a briefly pan across it, but you didn't pause. I had to watch it three times before I could stop it where I could see a halfway decent view of it, and still couldn't see how close the wall was on the left side. Other than that, it was a good video. Anyway, I would put the Garage at the back door out of the Utility Room. And have a Storage unit in it with a Big Pantry and a spot for a Freezer. The outside door going into the Family Room and Kitchen/Dining Room would actually be our Front Door. Because the Living Room would become our Gym and that front door, which we'd change from being a glass door, would be another back door. In the kitchen I like the color of the cabinets and I love that Lazy Susan. I like where the microwave is located. But I'd have a Gas Cook Stove put in with a regular oven, and I'd leave the other oven too. Doesn't hurt to have two ovens! The Island is too big - the sitting area on it we wouldn't need at all, and is actually redundant with the dining table right there. So I'd remove it, and put a smaller island in with wheels on it. The fireplace in the Family Room (which is now our Living Room) would be changed to a Gas Fireplace or a Wood-burning Fireplace. TV above the fireplace. Carpet in this room. That closet in the Utility Room could be used as a coat closet. Those barn doors would have to go. A Pocket Door would be put in if possible, if not, maybe accordion doors. The two guest bedrooms side by side would be my rooms. The biggest one would be my Library. The other one my Music/Studio and Office Rooms. The other Guest Bedroom and Guest Bathroom would be left as is, with carpet in the bedroom. The shown living room would be turned into our Gym as I have already mentioned, with No carpet in this room. The Master Bedroom is okay. Carpet in this room. Those Barn Door would have to be replaced with Pocket Doors or regular doors one. That Big Tile Shower would be a waste of space for us. That little bitty area where the benches are is way too narrow. Even a small person would hit the walls if they tried to sit on those benches! I'd cut that shower in half and put a Handicapped Tub in the other half. And where the tub is shown I'd put in another Vanity, with one sink. And change the Vanity shown to just one sink. Giving us his/her Vanities. I don't think there's room around the commode area. So I'd remove the wall between the bathroom door and the commode. I'd also move the commode so it is sitting where the wall was. That should fix the space problem. Good thing you can more or less design these houses yourself!! I'm sure some people will just Love that tile shower. And others, like me, won't like it at all. Actually I bet there are some people that wouldn't change a single thing on this house. More power to them. I'd love to see one that I wouldn't need to change anything except to put in a Handicapped Tub. I've come close a time or three, but never actually found one yet! Hard to believe there is not a pantry placed somewhere in the kitchen/family room/dining area of this home. There's not enough storage in the kitchen without one. Other than that it's a fantastic home. What a crazy shower! (Maybe put some shelves in there and use part of it as a pantry...)

I would put the car port Off the laundry room because the family uses it if the people actually gonna come to visit don't come to the front door and you can just put a fabulous deck and walk away out there

Beautiful home. Bedrooms are a nice size. The kitchen and family room are great. Only thing missing is a walk in pantry. The master bedroom is awesome. The bathroom is huge and the big shower is overblown. It is beautiful, but looks like a locker room shower where the whole family can use it at once. Also the tub and shower entrances are right there in front of the double doors from the bedroom. Could be a privacy issue. Love the attention to detail in this home and no visible marriage line. Great home tour.

Love the livingroom. It feels more like a stick home. Love the familyroom. Omg, I didn't expect the kitchen to be there. Love the color of the cabinets. I just don't know if I'm brave enough to go with a color that's not neutral. I would take the table attached to island out. So, this way when having company plenty of room to expand my own table so we can all sit together. Love primary bedroom. Love the closet. Shower too big. But if I have to have it...ok. I want this house. Wow I thought the price would be higher. Thanks for the tour!

I'd put an extra large deck off the side door (Where family room and dining room are) and then my garage off the utility room door. Then a patio on the "Front" door. This has to the most unique floor plan I have seen. Can't wait till I find one to film.

It needs a pantry, but this home is pretty spectacular nonetheless. That master shower was insane! Would be ideal for a family with just boys or just girls who are active in sports. I really love this house but there is no pantry/linen storage in a 2400sq ft hm! What the heck! I'd order this in a hot min but I need a pantry and somewhere for my linen to be put away. The designer goofed up a "hit run" on this one. Otherwise it is beautiful. Thx Chance ❤

All that space and no pantry in the kitchen. I felt like the shower in the master was a bit of a waste. Who's going to be showering with 4 people? I liked the separate living room and family room. That would be nice if you have company over and send the kids to watch TV while you entertain. Again, no carpet for me.

Beautiful home, love the color scheme! With so much square footage, I'm sad to see there is no food pantry in the kitchen. While that is a beautiful shower, enough for 4-6 people to shower at one time, I'm not going to live in the shower or use it as much as I would a food pantry. I think that would be more important than a huge shower! Beautiful home though.

Another super home from Franklin! The color of the cabinets borders on teal, but it has a bit more green in it. You did forget to mention the great storage cabinets in the master bath. Franklin seems to always have plenty of storage in their homes.
