What NO Pantry dance music??. Beautiful house.. Love the foyer and the entrance as you enter the home..The living room is absolutely gorgeous and the colors are light and really brightens up the inside of the house.The kitchen is perfectly designed as well,so is the.pantry.The Dining room Is Really Nice and with that spacious and roomy Den right beside the dining room is Perfect and works really well together.....All of the bedrooms are good sizes with plenty of room to and walk around in.. I'm actually loving this light wood cabinet colors throughout the home as with the trim and doors.. Outside is beautiful,spectacular kitchen,the family room is beautiful,trim is gorgeous,usually when there is a bathtub in the little bathroom,it is not in the master bedroom,utility room is huge,wow,there is a bathtub in the master bedroom, I love that upstairs.

Love the wood trim, the black farm sink is incredible. The cabinets are beautiful. The red color on the home is great. Perfect color for it. I like the cross by the dining room can stay as far as I am concerned. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Wood burning is our option for the fireplace. The attic is sooo cool & den was nice. My husband thinks the kitchen the small. The pantry is a great addition to the kitchen & a definite upgrade on the master shower for sure with the beautiful tile.

I love everything about this house, especially the den. That way, one person can watch a football game (him) while the other watches a cooking show (me). Lol. Also, the master bedroom and bath are incredible. I love the way the sinks are separate. Thanks for bringing us another awesome house! Not that I'll ever be able to afford one but I can dream big.

Really like the kitchen design. Like the corner pantry, but miss the Pantry Dance...Would upgrade to wooden shelves. I love that den and fireplace. Always like a sink in the utility room. I like the sink apart from one another. Love the tub, but not too keen on the shelving unit behind. I would prefer half the size and mounted above...I would wash out the bottom shelf! Thanks, Chance. I love this home, the pantry door alone made me do a pantry dance, the family room columns were a buyer bonus, the master bathroom closet was perfect, and the second floor would be use for all my Christmas decorations, and extra storage, this was the best 2nd story floor plan I have ever seen, and I have seen plenty in a manufacturer home.

I'd make half of second floor storage and the other half a craft room. I'd seal the door of the master closet and make it open into the bedroom instead. Other than closet and making the woodwork dark, absolutely beautiful!

The home is huge but the moment you panned your camera to the kitchen I was instantly transported to the 70s. The carpet and the layout of that kitchen and ALL OF THE WOOD made me think about paneling. I would definitely keep looking if I was showed this home. But, I swear Chance your the reason I keep watching even when I know I wouldn’t give some of the homes a second glance.

The natural wood thru out is absolutely beautiful. I had that in my home (burned down last year). Its my favorite. The 2nd bathroom seems to far from the bedrooms. Your right about the wire shelves...gotta go. It makes the home look cheap. I love the use of color on the walls. The den...yes! No pantry dance?? Another great home on the outside. Love the choice of color. Let’s hope however their is direct acses to the backyard. Now for the interior. Living room is super large. Pantry is a great addition. Cabinets are great. The island is spot on. Like the contrast with the other colortop colors. Also the cabinets are top knotch. Shelving nice and thick. The den is beautiful. Problem is it’s too close to the living room. Too much cross noise between the two rooms. Having a door between the den and living room could resolve that. The fact that there is a sink in the utility is a big bonus. Unfortunately there no exterior door. Folks want a door in the space. To the master suite. Nice and big. The bathroom is below average. The design is okay but the shower doors are easy below average. There are much better ones on the market that would complement the space better. Then there’s the attic space. Not huge. I’d add some dormers. There’s definitely lots of space for a entertainment center. A third bath if the space can take the weight. Finally another bedroom. So your definitely getting a lot of square footage here. Then there’s the entire second floor too which could easily significantly add extreme value to the home. For all those reasons it’s hard not to give this home a solid 9.5/10. Would love to see it after the attic floor is finished. Finally this clearly looks like a built on the spot home. Unless you told me this a was manufactured home wouldn’t believe you. Awesome.

Very unique color on the outside. I REALLY like the layout of the living area! Great size pantry. Not sold on the built ins in the dining room and I wouldn’t do the wood look on the trim/doors, I prefer the white. But that laundry room makes up for it!😍 l like the windowsills in the bedrooms, don’t really see those too often in the mobile homes. Wood shelves in the master closet for sure and absolutely a tile shower in the master bath!

I was thinking the same thing! That one bathroom should be where the two bedrooms are so they don’t have to go through the den or there should be access to the bathroom w/out going through the den. Then a half bath upfront somewhere for guest.

This is a gorgeous home Chance! The exterior paint color is a nice happy color, about the same color as my laundry room currently. I kind of like the oak cabinets for the kitchen and maybe guest bathroom. But, all the rest of the cabinets and trim I would have white. Really love that pantry, kitchen, fireplace, den, . The master bath is pretty also, but I'm with you, needs a nice tile shower. The upstairs is huge... everything but the kitchen sink!

I bought one of these homes. I have flipped several homes and siding was my Pet p. I made the factory redo the entire home because the Siding was horrible. After eight months of issues, I now have the home listed for sale at a LOSS!

I try to watch these as soon as they are available but had to miss last night. I really like the exterior color. The kitchen/ dining room is great! I love the dark sink and the dark charcoal colors. The desk area near the dining table is a great feature. And i REALLY like the built in shelves by the tub in the master bath. Great tour as always. I will def try to watch the next one on time. It’s a really lovely home but way too much yellow pine. The layout has grown on me and I like the fact that there’s a window in the bathroom, still no tiles in the showers which is a disappointment. It would be nice to see a two storey which has been dressed and decked out instead of an empty cavernous loft. Take care and stay safe. Ps stop spinning so darn fast. 🤢🤮
