@ Chances Home World I like watching your videos, they're relaxing and informative. I paused this video right after you said yiu wanted to make people laugh. Those worda brought back a memory for me of my grandma when I was a kid. She told me seberal times that anyone can make a person mad or sad or make them cry or be unhappy. But being able to make another person laugh is a gift. Making a person laugh could be the difference between that person having a really bad day turn into a good day. I loved my grandma very much and treasured the times I hot to spend with her, I loved her little pearls of wisdom that she had. She passed away when I was 14 and I've missed her every day since. Thank you so much for wanting to make people laugh(and smile). It is a rare hift and something this world has been sorely in need of for so many years now. Never change who you are.

There are several variables to take into account before answering your question. Modular vs mobile, number of sections, the roof pitch, distance from manufacturer or dealership, and the foundation type, if any. Then there is the finishing work done on sight and receiving the final occupancy permit before one can move in. Cheers!

I could not get to close until they put the 2 halves together & tied it down. It's a long process, it was a day & a half process.

Now this is a house! The columns, arches and half-walls separating the main living/dining areas makes it seem like a frame built home. The hallways leading to the bedrooms gives a sense of privacy and off limits to guests areas. The half bath make it great for entertaining, and is something that is missing from many modular's, and even some frame built homes. This one is very well designed, thanx Chance.

I work for University Presbyterian Church on San Antonio Street in the West Campus area. There's been an explosion of High-rise student housing complexes in our area it sometimes gets next to impossible to travel the streets in this neighborhood.

It actually does have a Four Bedroom model. Where that side porch is that is where the Fourth Bedroom is, it has a full Bath back in that area as well as a Pantry & a little built in desk area back there. Talk about gorgeous!

Love, love that color of blue siding. Would side the entire home in that shade of baked cedar siding. Would make the foundation, and the porch post from either red, or tan, brick, and then paint the front door mulberry. So pretty!! In these West Virginia mountainsthat awesome outdoor fireplace would be a huge entertainment plus!!

I love everything about this home. The only thing I would add is the patio doors off the dining room and the porch on the side would be the length of the house and wrap around the back and the half-bath in the laundry room area not off the kitchen.
