I sort of agree with this comment. The glass doors add to that light, airy feeling, but not in the least to privacy. I don’t like the fact that if someone is in the bathroom with the light on while someone else is trying to sleep in the bedroom, it’s going to be a bit of a problem - just like those models that have no door between bed and bath. Just not practical. On another note, the layout of this home is spacious and gorgeous. But in a house of this apparent quality, there should NEVER be seamed walls anywhere, not even in taking those shortcuts in closets. Seamed walls are cheap and lessen the quality appearance.

I kind of agree with the comment on the glass doors but i think if you can ask to change the office barn door to the bathroom and the bathroom door to the office. Also is your bathroom no one should be going in your room

I love the walk in shower, without a rim at the bottom. I had a heart transplant and had a hard time stepping up into my shower. I had to use a walker, so this shower would be perfect. I believe a wheelchair will also fit through that opening.

It is true Chance, some of the modular homes look so much alike that I can't always tell the difference from one to the other, but this home is very unique.

I love Jacobsen homes. They are impressive. I would love a farmhouse sink in kitchen. Absolutely love this barn doors. The windows are awesome. Love the tile shower in guest bath. Crown molding throughout is beautiful. The doors to the master bath . Whoa, water closet is great. That shower is beautiful. I definitely love this one.

The red would have to finish around the house, but that's a killer mask there chance really updates your videos to the present times 😷, liking the floor plan but for my family not enough rooms but I love the idea of the den being next to the living room that would be nice for personal theater and game room for guest, The Master Bath is definitely a game changer with french doors and open walk-in shower.

The doors really made the bath look even better and larger but it is a bit odd that they are not frosted or translucent. Clear glass on a bath door is very unusual to the point of being voyeuristic. Overall it is one of the nicest homes he has ever shown us.

Love that home, and the Kitchen is the heart of the home, and the fact that it’s right off the kitchen.. Christmas would be so AMAZING in this house. The office could be a great man cave. How about that Chance. Just need to add a few wood burning fireplace. The main closest I would love to have built in shelves. The master bathroom is simple gorgeous. Just needs a free standing claw foot tub.

I LOVE this home! I’d like to point out that the access to the water heater is on the exterior of the home! (To the right of the front door.) the color scheme is perfect. I really love the finish on the cabinets and the under-mount sinks everywhere in the home is perfect. There are a few cosmetic things I’d change. I’d get rid of the sliding barn doors. I live with them now and they eat up valuable wall space for art. Think how impressive it would be to step into the entrance and see that office behind double glass doors (like the doors leading into the owner’s bathroom). This moves up to my favorite top five. Very nice!

Not a fan of the french doors to the master bath. Water closet has a door which is good. But if you have kids or company staying over, I wouldn't want them to walk in bedroom while you were showering. They'd see everything.

The one thing I noticed right away about the master bathroom was the towel cabinet was in the water closet! That is so nice! AND! The shower was a “roll in” shower! No lip on the floor!
