Glad to see the garage faces the SIDE of the house, not the front. I've never understood the appeal of front-facing garages on a house that is obviously intended for a larger lot where a driveway to the side is clearly going to be possible. And for the size, that's a lot of usable space! There's a lot to love about this one!

LOOK! A REAL FIREPLACE! I’M IN LOVE! Awesome kitchen! Nice rooms. I like the decor of the bathroom. I like the location of the utility/laundry room. The master bed and bath is nice. I like what was done with the basement. Lots of ideas there. Pretty good home for a starting out family.

It’s not a real fireplace. There is no chimney. A real fireplace actually burns wood and has a chimney and a flue. It’s a fake fireplace.

This is a lovely home. It's perfect for one or a small family. The basement is a real big wow. I couldn't imagine what I would do with all of the space. The office is the perfect size. This is impressive.

Wow I love this house! I am a woman. A d that Steelers room is AWESOME all my Steelers stuff would look AWESOME , in that basement. Yes we have a Wayne Homes in my area. The only thing I would doo is make that bar closer together. And make that whole area bigger. Move the furnace to the back corner and put shelves up for canning storage. That little area that is bricked would make a great area for a dehydrator and freeze dried. Could vent out side some how.

This house is perfect. the layout, the materials used from the floors to the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, everything is amazing as well as the basement. So much room. I would leave everything as is in the basement. As for all that extra unfinished space down there, I would finish it and turn it into an apartment that I would rent out with an outside independent entrance. The only thing I would change is the master shower. I'd slightly relocate the toilet to have more space to install me a tub in there instead of having just a shower, other than that it's perfect the way it is. Thanks for showing us these beautiful looking homes. As per usual...great job Chance!

That first “flex room “ I love it. Love the shelves built into the wall. I need some to hold all my Yankee candles lol(hubby can’t stand seeing them all over . But he sure doesn’t mind stealing one from me to relax as he winds down after work lol)..I’ve always wanted a window seat like I saw, located anywhere in the house .. the enthusiasm I hear from you, is how excited hubby and I get watching. We want to move but cannot do so, but we always dream of what we’d do if we won the Powerball lol . This would probably be one of the first things we’d purchase. We don’t need an extravagant over the top mansion costing millions upon millions of dollars. Just something comfortable for my family of 4. My son is in cyber school and sbout to turn 16. Would love a nice size gaming area for him. Or a bedroom big enough to fit all he needs. I have our spare bedroom as a home office/ school room.( painted in pink and black glitter lol. I’m a kid at heart what can I say. Point is, my son would love to do schooling without the pink lol). …I do like a big tub. When we go on vacation I always get a jacuzzi room and would love that . But I’d be happy with a nice shower and tub combo(as I commented on another video, I need a bathtub and can’t do just the shower , as beautiful as they may be ). Sorry for the novel length comment , im just thinking out loud I guess. The home is beautiful. If it were up to me I’d buy it furnished as is most of the time… i love the basement, it’s full of possibilities . Well as an Eagles tan I don’t like the Steelers decor in the one area haha (don’t hate on me for being an Eagles fan. I’m loyal to my home team ). Hubby would love the area as well, especially on game day for Eagles or Phillies. …. That garage would be perfect for hubby’s tools , to get them out of my house and cluttering it all up lol

Only thing I would like better would be if there was also a formal dining room and a nice pantry closet within the kitchen. I love the lighting and I have never seen such a fancy basement entrance way! That bed was beautiful I love the cover and pillows. Presentation of this home was gorgeous. I live in the Pittsburgh area and yes..... Pittsburgh area is very serious about their football. I've even seen women carrying Steelers purses lol.
