So if you want a great game with lots of puzzles, plenty of player-game interaction, and a simple to follow story (so Papyrus isn't going "Um..." all the time or getting confused) I'd highly recommend he play the game OneShot. (The only thing I'd recommend doing beforehand is changing the name that's registered on your pc, as there are fourth wall breaking moments that use it)

SPOILERS: So in canon, Papyrus murdered Cave Johnson. Man the Undertportale lore is deep. I've only seen like 2 other people play this, and both of them did so many edits and talked so much that I had no idea what was going on, so this is technically my first real time seeing the game. Goofy, but MAN that ending is kinda dark. Also random cute detail: the way Papyrus wrote his own name with some capital letters and some lowercase made me laugh because that's literally how I write. I dunno why but I never got the hang of writing print lol
