Oh man, it's a great bag. I think that you'll find that it will fit most, if not all, of what you want to carry around. I do downgrade wallets when using the minis, but aside from doing that, they fit my phone, keys, sunglasses, etc. Enjoy your new mini in good health!!

LOL, well, join the bitten by Chanel bug club!!! Haha!!! And yeah, the jumbo is heavy - doesn't bother me a lot because I also carry a lot (and what I carry is largely to blame for the weight), but even so. That's a really good question re: m/l or boy bag -- do you already have both /either?

Hey hey! What an exciting time: your first bag!! I think the rectangular mini is an awesome place to start - you'll find that it can probably hold most of what you need on a daily basis, plus it holds value! The seasonal bags are a ton of fun, but my favorites remain my classics -- if you're looking for size with a similar price point to the rectangular mini, you could always check out a tote?? I know this video is almost 3 months old, but thanks for posting. From what I've been watching on KZbin the small flap is about the same/slightly bigger than the mini rectangular, depending on who you ask. But the dimensions of the small flap are close to the original flap that Coco designed. So, in that sense, it might be nice to get one for collector's sake but it's certainly not necessary, especially if you already have the medium-large. Beautiful collection, btw!

Another great video! I was just wishing yesterday that you would put out a new video because I've missed them. The jumbo is my favorite size as well. I have trouble buying anything else, but I'm really looking for a med/large next. I'd love to have at least one in my collection. I think I'll skip the small as well. I know, I have been gone for too long! I can't tell you how quickly the months and weeks just fly -- thanks for your kind words. And YES the m/l is just a gorgeous bag. Despite my preference for the jumbo, you can probably tell that it hasn't hindered my love for the m/l. Let me know what you get! Have a great weekend, too!! This is a great video! I love the small rectangular mini and I also love the m/l. 😳 I've been trying to get an idea of how large the jumbo is without visiting the Chanel Boutique. 😁 I am 6'1" with a slender build and don't want the bag to look disproportionate on me. Not to mention, I plan to wear the bag on date nights with Hubbs and hanging out with the girls. ...and I will be a 1st time Chanel owner whenever I decide to bite the bullet and purchase one.

Quietstorm91, I think you’d DEF be safe with a jumbo - I’m only 5’5” and it’s probably a little big on me, but not in a distracting way. The jumbo will hold a ton more than the m/l, which is something to consider if you’re going to be using it out and about a lot. Let me know what you decide!!! ❤️❤️🥂🥂

Loved the video!! I have been lusting over the Jumbo for so long and I don't have a Chanel near me so, I haven't had the chance to actually try one on so, what advice would you give me? Pros, cons? Hey!! I feel so bad for people who have the issue of proximity - it's an awesome bag. It IS on the heavy side - I just put the red one on the scale for you (empty) and it weighs 39 oz (so, 2.4 pounds) and the m/l weighs 25 oz (so, 1.56 pounds) -- hope that helps. I DO just love the jumbo for its size over the m/l- the bang for the buck (if that's even a thing in the world of Chanel) is there. And, I guess you're only talking an additional 14 oz from the one to the next - by the time you load up the bag, I can't imagine that the bag weight will make that big of a difference. Good luck!

lifeslittle luxury, what a good question!! The only reason I’ve stayed away from the beige is for color transfer concerns on such an expensive bag - that’s why my go-to has been black. I’m not that careful lol. That being SAID, I think it’s a gorgeous color - extremely classic - and can be worn year round for sure. Happy hunting and keep me posted!! ❤️❤️🥂🥂

To me, the 227 is a bit of an “older” bag - I just stared breaking into the reissues three months ago in fact -but I’ve quickly come to like them just as much as the regular classics - value wise, I think they’re the same - just a style decision at this point!

SonR R, YEP, they all do - m/l, jumbo and maxi. The minis however do not - those are single flap. Hope this helps! 😁😁
