Dacob! My Paris - Venise arrived today and I LOVE it. The bottle is very similar to my vintage No. 5 eau de cologne, which is adorable. The sprayer is excellent, the fragrance is gorgeous! I'm sitting here with top notes on one arm and dry down on the other. Both make me smile. I agree it's a lighthearted, happy, carefree fragrance and I anticipate burning through my bottle. Now for my sad news: There are no Chanel Boutiques where I live or anywhere near, so I ordered mine from Chanel.com. No pouch or postcards are offered when ordering online - I double checked with Chanel, hoping it was a mistake. But no. Boo hoo!! :)

Yaaay! So happy for you! Congratulations on your new perfume and I wish you a lot of fun times with it! Yes, CHANEL does not ship the pouches online! Many fellow fashion bunker members wrote me that as well! Thats sad :( They should send them with each purchase! They should not go cheap on us that way... xoxo

Thank you! My (hopefully) happy news is that I called a Chanel boutique and the kind SA was going to look for an extra pouch for me for the pouch-less Venise! I ordered Deauville and she's throwing in a sample of Biarritz. Hooray! The boutique is definitely the way to go, so glad to learn I can order from them! Happy days! lol

Great video Dacob!! Of the three, Venise is the one I'm most excited for. I love Oriental scents [Coco is still a perennial fave of mine...the original one, not the Mademoiselle or Noir versions] and patchouli is always a hit in perfumes. Are these exclusive to the Chanel boutiques and website? If so, I'm shocked at how low they are priced...basically in the same range as the standard line of fragrances. I may have to grab one before the adorable pouches are gone!

The material of the box is corrugated cardboard; it is often used for packaging because the corrugation provides some cushioning.
