Love the new bag and the colour! The straps are cute addition to the otherwise classic looks on the chanel flaps.. in your opinion, wld they cause long term damage when held tophandle? Or any damages to the grommets and chains? Thk you!

I think for the mini flaps, it would be fine. If you have a heavy jumbo flap or classic flap, I would use it more sparingly as top handle if it's quite heavy.

Congrats! I was curious about this SLG/clutch. I've found that it makes sense to downsize considering the global pandemic situation but with winter coming I'm thinking it would be nice to add a new tote to put gloves, hats, scarfs when I have to go indoors but who knows if they may shut down businesses later in the year in Ontario. Live the phone bag!! It fits way more than I thought! (I honestly thought just phone, nothing else). It fits even more than my lambskin extra mini flap! I also love this season’s red! I got one in the card case on chain (aka. Lanyard). The golden clip is often used for gloves, Amy 😊! You can clip it onto your bag with the small hook / clasp, and clip your gloves together with the bigger clasp; this way, they won't get lost in your bag and are hold together 😊. Love the colour combo of your Gabrielle and the phone holder, very pretty 😍!
