Charlotte is the best ambassador for Chanel: class, money, status, discretion, mistery…it’s all in the pack…it’s what Chanel wanted, quality and not showy people

I loved them talking about why they loved these books. Funny Vogue doesn't list the titles below the narrative in the description, so listeners can refer back to titles for purchasing or getting out of the library. Good video!

"The second woman" sounds really interesting. For the next video it would be fun to listen you two lovely ladies talking for a moment about your guilty pleasure in books (EX: harmony pink love stories? Comics? Gossip magazines?), then The one book that you recommend the most (for every single phase of enfance, teenager years, and adulthood), encore a must read book before going to ... (some place on holiday) to better know the place, and finally forgotten books of forgotten authors that didn't get the recognition they deserved. Your videos are Always interesting. I want Charlotte's veste. And Erica's glasses. And I Can't wait for the next selection of books already. It will be in Autumn? Grazie for this. Buone vacanze 🫂❤🇮🇲🖐

I must say Charlotte is just gracious and a wonderful ambassador for Chanel. Erica, on the other hand, her tone of voice, body movements and overall aura just exudes a false intellectual façade. Awkward!

I can not agree more. Erica Wagner’s attitude is completely theatrical and nervous. Charlotte is trying desperately to help her, but in vain….

Or maybe one was raised in the limelight and has more experience with portraying and projecting a certain image and the other is what the average intellectual looks and sounds like? And when I mean intellectual, I mean someone who spends more time behind the scenes and in their minds than in their bodies. One who's more comfortable with the quiet of academia than with social events. Erica was the editor of The Times, and is a great writer. She doesn't need to project what she already is.

I do not care a fig whether I am called "witch", or "madam", or whatever. I live the way I chose. I have a career as a doctor, children and a mongrel ugly dog. I am aging and I feel at my best at 55. I left my grey hair emerge 4 years ago, I enjoy eating what I like, and I have learned and earned my right to do as I please. We should stop brooding and writing about ourselves and start living.
