I would lube caliper pins and put some anti noise material on back of pads. Also would clamp off rubber hose and open bleeder when pushing in pistons. That way old fluid in calipers does not go back up to master cylinder.Stuff I learned at a Bendix brake class. Thank You for the video.

Great video thanks. My 2005 Yukon had the Torx head caliper pins (so dumb GM). It is a T55 bit, got one at AutoZone for $7. See "Kevin's how to remove torx head caliper bolt 2004 tahoe" video if these are on your vehicle (I didn't have to use his technique). Don't use an allen wrench, you'll strip it.

I'm doing my brake job and new calipers next week. This video was perfect. So easy! I love working on my Yukon.

Good video, for a 1500. For a 2500, you have to take the caliper off as a unit. There's no room to take out the caliper pins, and no room for an impact wrench on the top bolt. It's a PITA.
