Bowles has done a solid job and the players repeatedly have bought into him. I do think it’s time for change at D line coach staff and a definite look at why our DB’s seem to get hurt so often ? If Cohen comes back and Godwin comes back we are solid on O. So spend heavy this year in draft and free agency on the D.

Looking back, the OL was pretty good and getting better this year, but I still want to see them get meaner, nastier, and more imposing next year. I’m glad that Barton is an intelligent, nice, introspective human being, but on the field I want him to “wake up pissed off”. Hopefully he will channel that bad snap against the Redskins and take it out on his opponents.

With Winfield out, we had no playmakers on defense! None! We only had one BIG caused and recovered fumble all season! Turnover are the difference between 10-7 and 13-4

The problem is there will be no improvement in the defense while Bowles remains in charge because you asking a defensive coach to stop believing in his coaching philosophy and scheme. Sadly for the defense to adapt to a new style or scheme a new DC or HC has to be hired.

I think some of our players are afraid to go 100% every single snap I feel like some players put 50% maybe 75% because they're afraid to get injured they don't want to get injured they don't want to miss time you know they see players around them getting injured and they miss significant amount of time and some of these players don't want to miss time so they're not super aggressive.. I've heard Todd bowles speak numerous times this season about how he didn't want his players to be injured of coarse you don't want injuries but I think they are a little soft at times not as aggressive as they can be

That's going to be the big issue with Todd bowles he's not going to bring in any younger coaches he's going to stick with his same coaches because he's a loyal coach and it's going to continue to be the same thing you're in and you're out sometimes I think Todd bowles is in denial when it comes to his coaches

Yeah the defense was way over-reliant on AWJ last season, basically a recipe for disaster if something happens to him. In 2024 he got injured in the first game, was never healthy all year and wasn’t good to compound the issue. The defense struggled badly as a result. Gotta add more playmakers and maybe stop playing so soft on defense

Scott heard u on Jay Recher podcast & I disagree w Liam if he is the new HC wanting someone other than Lavonte playing! When this defense early had Dennis along side the D was faster and much better until injuries obviously! Lavante not the issue, #52 was a MAJOR issue! Lavante can play another year at a high level PLUS his leadership is UNMATCHED! Bowles playing too conservative Sunday nite! Why not blitz the kitchen sink at Daniels? It might have forced a throw in the dirt or better yet a turnover! But his conservative bend but don’t break KEPT OFFENSE OFF THE FIELD! Had offense had 60 plays instead of 44 BUCS WIN GOING AWAY

After further thought, this morning, I've come to the conclusion that the Bucs ownership should give Todd Bowles another year. That way, when he falls flat on his face and the Bucs miss the playoffs, I can rest easy and get a giggle out of knowing that I told you so. The Bucs have only made the playoffs these past 3 years because the other teams in our division erupt into upheaval and dysfunction. Once they get their crap together, they Bucs are done.
