I just fell upon your channel, and watched this video, actually absorbed every second of it. Well presented, super clear, excellent articulation, perfect video and audio quality and really helpful content. The rule of three is now so clear in my mind that I won’t ever let my tongue stumble again on those needless tees ! I have subscribed and I am eager to see more! Thank you! Oh by the way, I am not American, nor a native English speaker. Just for the record!

【question】I searched the channel, but there doesn't seem to be any video about the pronunciation of "ɔ". Is this available somewhere?
@SanDiegoVoiceandAccent10 ай бұрын
Thanks for your question! I don't use the /ɔ/ vowel as part of my accent, so I don't have a video on the pronunciation of this vowel. So sorry about that! :)

Facts if dropped t then it would be sound fax is also a noun so it would be jumbling to decipher to which about she or he is applying for either fax or facts.
@juliecunningham469310 ай бұрын
Hi Total Gaming Girl - Thanks for your comment/question! While it's true that "facts" and "fax" are pronounced exactly the same when you use the Rule of Three, it's unlikely to cause much confusion in a conversation because your listener will have the context of the conversation to help them know which word you've said. I hope this helps!

You are a pedantic language snob. Americans speak English as their native language due to English colonization. This arcane knowledge is available to anyone able to operate a book or the internet.
@chriswhite69379 ай бұрын
You have missed multiple commas in your post. Perhaps it's you who should learn English. You are implying that Americans cannot speak English well, yet punctuation seems to be a complete mystery to you. That's quite ironic.
@chriswhite69379 ай бұрын
As an American, please piss off and never use the internet again.

Please, learn English before criticizing a nation of over 300 million people. Thanks!
