This video explains why seeking knowledge is important and what extent the people in the past did to attain it and more importantly generic ideas were given but there's no steps towards the practical implementation of the everyday person in this day and age. For example, what recommendations would you have to improve a person's memory as opposed to their reasoning abilities. What would you recommend to improve short term memory or long term memory? These are some examples that I feel is lacking in the video but otherwise good video.

Assalamualikum sheikh, I am on a path of seeking knowledge right now. Although, watching many of your videos and hearing the saying of those before us, they always speak of sleeping less and staying awake in the nights. I've tried many times to get less sleep, but I find it lowers my performance in school and makes me weaker in attaining new knowledge. Is it because I am young? (I am 16) or, is there an adjustment phase, should I sleep somewhere more uncomfortable so I wake up often, or something else? This is a question I've had for a long time, and no one has given me a real answer yet, please answer my question ya ustadh, may Allah bless you. (I am prepared to do whatever it takes)

Walaykum Salam Warahmatullah. Try to sleep as early as possible after Isha as this is the sunnah and the sleep at this time is the most restful. If you do this InshaAllah you can wakeup before fajr and study.

Wa’alaikum as-salam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh Brother, it is important to understand that sleep is still a very important need for our body. Your body has a right over you, so treat it well with sufficient sleep. Do not burden yourself because you hear these statements from great scholars who claim they barely slept in pursuit of knowledge. One can both gain knowledge and get sufficient sleep. Instead of worrying about how you could be spending your time not sleeping, look at how you could be spending your time awake! Do not get distracted with the Dunya and pursue knowledge efficiently whilst you’re awake, and InShaAllah this will make up for the 8 hours of sleep you should be getting (this is the best amount for a healthy body). Take care brother.
