So yeah, if you're just getting into this game, there'll be all kinds of time and money at your disposal because nobody needs to manage all of these money making properties, right? I mean Del is at a point where he has people hired to handle that stuff, but someone just starting? You all have fun with this guy. I've heard him bash traditional investment avenues, and he occassionally makes a valid point, but not usually. He's bashing marriage and college, in this case. He's completely lost me on this. Some things in life have no price tag, but they are still more valuable than any amount of money. I don't know how many times he's been married, but its evident where his priorities are. If you're discussing prenuptual agreements, you're not getting married, you're just doing a business deal. The reason you're not getting married is because you've completely missed the point, and shouldn't probably get married. People wield marriage around like a kid with his dad's gun. Most people can't or won't do the hard things that make a marriage last. I swear this planet is made up of a bunch of adult children. And then Del comes in and reduces it to a business agreement. Del's priorities are: 1 Buy rental properties 2 Get other people to buy Del's program on how to buy rental property 3 there is no 3. See 1 and 2 So yeah, you all have fun with him.

What does any of this have to do with the effectiveness of the Lifestyles Unlimited business model?

@@XxowendanxX Rather than asking me, try watching the video or listening to his radio show.....if you can stomach it. The short of his business model is buy as much rental property as you can and be rich. And everyone who does not do this is stupid. Here's the problem with that. We will always need services, traders, retailers, farmers, packagers, delivery and shipping services, health providers, education providers, and so on. Everyone can't be slum lords, otherwise there will be no one left to act as tenants to these properties. Plus, everyone isn't wired to sit back and let money rain in on a property that they put no effort into. Some people, many people need some satisfaction in therir life's work other than a payday. I don't question the lucrative nature of owning properties. That as sure as the sun rises. Its Del's arrogant and dismissive attitude that kills it for me.

@@markbrowning4334 in the video, he talks about how his one failure at teaching is that he tells people not to accumulate real estate to the point where they have no life but they do it anyway; the motto of the organization is it's not the money it's the lifestyle; I didn't hear the part of the video where he says that society does not need all of those occupations that you mentioned; his organization warns against slumlordism and he and his members hate it; they buy from slumlords and add value to the property. Slumlordism is bad business and slumlords always get rekt sooner or later. He never tells people to accumulate real estate and then not work. He says accumulate enough passive streams of income so that you can pay all your bills if you get sick, injured or old or there's a massive downturn in the economy or for whatever reason you can't work. He tells you to get to a financial position that is similar to government retirees wherein you don't have to work to live but if you still love your job and you still want to work then by all means do so. I believe there's a fiction out there that if you don't go someplace and do something every day and people give you money that you are going to be bored or feel useless. There's plenty of ways to be productive and add value to people's lives than making the W-2 your lifestyle and then for literally no possible reason of any kind giving half of your income to a class of human beings known as politicians and bureaucrats who take that money and give it to themselves and their friends so they don't have to work and then waste whatever stolen productivity is left over. Working for a boss is one thing I like my boss what working for the absolute lowest human beings in history in not my cup of tea.

@@XxowendanxX We must have either watched two different videos or managed to hyper focus on two completely different aspects of the same video. I'm not sure which is true. I just think the guy is a snake oil salesman.

Actually, he tells you that you should not try to make as much money as you can. The company's motto is, "it's not the money, it's the lifestyle". He doesn't want people to own so much real estate and devote so much time to it that you don't have a life.
