What about how to make big eyes look smaller? Not everyone has small eyes...

Just apply black pencil eyeliner(or brown, which ever suits you best. I would try both colors on at the same time and look into a mirror and see which on you like more) into your top tight line and your bottom waterline. The dark color helps make your eye appear smaller but be careful, if you use to much of the dark color it won't look natural. You could also put black liquid eyeliner onto your top lid, but make sure it is a small thin line or else it will enhance your big eyes. Equally important, you should be happy you have big eyes, a lot of women want that. Remember we all want what we can't have haha. Hope this helped you, Good luck!

BurstinWithBeauty Great tips and well said!! If I may add Morgan Aldredge , use those eyeliner tips and you could also apply darker shades of eyeshadow. The eyeshadow colors don't have to always be black or brown either, just as long as they are a bit darker...this will help make big eyes look a bit smaller as well; and let me just say, I have small eyes and WISH I had bigger eyes!!! Hope our tips help! :)

What can I do for older eyes to look round please? I can't get away with using eyeliner like you have. I have tried by curling my lashes and then focusing on the middle of the eye when putting on mascara, rather than at the corners (same technique as yours but with mascara). Any other ideas? You look fantastic by the way with, or without makeup)

Great tut, but the one thing that confuses me is the application of eyeliner. Half the crowd says dont apply to the bottom of your eye because it will weigh your eye down and wont give you the larger appearance your going for.

@Victoria Barna Yes, wearing eyeliner on your bottom of your eye will make your eyes come across smaller, but only if you do it from the end all the way to the corner of your eye. But if you do it like this women, and stop in the middle of your eye, then your eyes will come across larger looking and rounded. I know this because I have big eyes my self and I've seen it on a few makeup tutorials o3o
