This video come at a great time. I have been pondering a morning routine for a bit it was on a sticker for my planner and I never knew what to put on there. I’m thinking -taking dog out and greeting the sun and a small stretch while out with the dog. - come in have a glass of water. - do yoga. - make my breakfast and the dogs. Have my coffee and breakfast. - then shower and start my day. Maybe this will help me be more of a morning person. The best I use to feel is when I use to go to the gym at 6:30 in the morning. I would work out, go in the pool, hot tub, saunas. Shower and then head to work. I always felt great and ready after that. Need to try to find that feeling again

I love the plan you jotted down- I say try it out- all we need is a bit of momentum - I get it tho, life happens & then we just gotta find our way back to what made as feel alive before all the million and one things we do in a day. Be gentle on you lovely 🥰🥰🥰

Sleep hygiene would be amazing. I’m trying to do CBT for sleep but really struggling. I struggle to fall asleep every night! I’m so jealous when my husband lays down his head hits the pillow and he goes to sleep I lay there for at least 45min I’m so jealous.
