I am not 100% sold on trusting my gut. Simply because our gut feelings were also formed from various experiences. So sometimes a gut feeling can throw you off because you are ignoring a particular bias that it confirms. I'd say a gut feeling is like an emotion, it's trying to tell you something. But I wouldn't say that the gut feeling is necessarily truthful all the time. Lovely chat though. Thanks ladies

I tend to agree with you on this but I think once you start to differentiate between where the source of the emotion comes from i.e. limiting from a past exp or a genuine hunch, it does help the layers unfold. Valid point though, appreciate you sharing!

Also, I can totally relate to that regression when you are back in your hometown. Taking up the role of your former self. It's quite the challenge. I would love to find out if there is a way to break that. Especially now as a wife and mom, that kind of regression tends to do more harm than good.
