Change is the greatest obstacle to your business's future success. Learning how to learn, unlearn, and learn again is your biggest opportunity for Growth!
Artificial Intelligence is transforming business. The jury is still out on whether it will create more jobs, require a shift to a more specialized workforce, or eliminate jobs. There’s no question it’s the future.
That change is here and unfolding now.
Are your people qualified and prepared to handle this change?
Businesspeople need to prepare and train a workforce that knows how to change, adapt, and develop. Future Shock author, Alvin Toffler warned in 1970, “The illiterate of the twenty-first century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.”
The businesses that succeed in this century will be those that can coach, teach, train, and develop their people to learn, unlearn, and relearn.
Why is Change so Hard?
Change MEANS to make choices today, different from what YOU did yesterday.
That’s the hardest thing!
Why?
You have upwards of 60,000 thoughts a day! 90% are repetitive! Meaning… we think the same thoughts day after day after day. 75% of your thoughts are negative!
If you’re over 35, 95% of the 60 to 70,000 thoughts you have each day are the same!!
We need to be aware of what our subconscious thoughts are to change them!
The only place change can start is in the present moment. Awareness is the first step to change!
Leaders who become aware, and consciously uncover the behavior, attitudes, and actions that betray this desire to improve, can strengthen their organization, grow themselves, and achieve dramatic results.
Yes, Artificial Intelligence is changing the landscape of business!
The businesses that can adapt to AI, but more importantly have people who can adapt, be agile, flexible, and creatively change are destined to succeed in these challenging and dynamic times.
