I will be subbing on the other channel as well… looking forward to the longer-form stuff, I’m sure it will be great

This is all supposed to be fun and rewarding. If the changes make doing videos more of both for you, then you have my backing but having watched several great videos from you just this week, can tell you that I will miss the reduced content. But, hopefully, the videos will still come, just slower.

I've always had a question that I find it difficult to ask but you may be the perfect person to ask. My impression is that a lot of the really good guitar players end up learning how to play keyboards as well. My question is does learning how to play keyboards help a guitar player be a better guitar player? Or do most guitar players who learn how to play keyboards do it because it's easier or better to compose songs on a piano rather than a guitar? I don't know whether that topic is interesting enough for you to answer in a long video and discuss the aspects of how being a guitar player and a keyboard player together can help a musician be better or not. Thanks.

It's a great topic. I think it's because the keyboard is the best tool for music composition and the study of music theory. Especially music theory. Most music theory videos demonstrate theory concepts on a piano. I'd say learning keyboards can help make you a better musician, but I'm sure how much it would help improve guitar skills. They are physically very different instruments.
