Hi Maddie. Great video. I'm on the 30's now. Do you find that you suffer from any site marking/redness/scarring from repeated use of abdomen ( if you use abdo) or indeed from regularly use in any body area?

Hello. Just started on tandem Pump. Ordered the stainless steel since worked better on my old Medtronic. Had too many kinked cannulas with the plastic ones. Do these work to eliminate the problem since the cannula is longer. Things I don’t like about the stainless are the two pieces stuck to me with the tubing in between and the tabs that stick up.

I’ve using auto soft 90 and it doesn’t lays go in like its supposed to and it either gets stuck when inject or the hosing gets crushed. I actuall got the 30 by accident and it honestly looks like it might work better than the 90.

I just started being on a pump in August and was unsuccessful with autosoft xc that was provided, due to bent cannulas over and over. They sent me tru steel to try and autosoft 30 and varisoft to try. I have been using tru steel which work for me but you have to change it out every other day vs every third day for auto soft xc (according to Tandem) How often do I have to change the autosoft 30? varisoft? Thanks for the video. I just installed the 30 in my upper thigh and hope it works well. On the truesteel, thigh sites did not work- lump and soreness in the muscle.

I’m curious as to why not the round? I’ve never seen this or the option for it on my order form. I’m a chicken! Bless you!

I have only had Autosoft 30 sites that have been non round because it has to go at a different angle into the skin. But with that being said, there is possibly a rounded device that allows for those to be inserted like an Autosoft 90.
