I do like the reinforced doors I hate the one you can’t even tighten by hand without crushing the door. Glad to see you got a simple call instead of one of those nasty ones!

Any thought about adding some clear/white silicone around the outside of mechanism instead of using the rubber gasket. Would that create too much of a mess?

Hi Kenny year’s and years ago I measured the door thickness and ordered replacements and found out they were to short they would not come through the door those cam locks sometimes you have to measure from the shoulder of the lock 😆

All my danged thumb locks are frozen tight! What do I do to fix it? I hafta buy all new? That's ridiculous.

First you have to get the doors open. That's a problem if they are closed and the thumb locks are stuck.

What do you do when you remove the nut off the cylinder and it is stuck in the hole. I tried tapping on it, but it will not come out and I don't want to damage the door. I even soaked it with with oil and it is still stuck inside the door.

You can’t replace it with a new one until you get the old one out.
