I want to ask you that if someone is in usa in f2 visa and want to change into f1 then if your f1 visa gets rejected then our f2 visa gets cancelled or we will still have our f2 visa

You will still have your F2 visa as long as the primary F1 holder has not flouted any laws on that F1 status (i.e still in legal F1 status).
