Do you know where your relay is for the glow plug?

Put your vin number in here toyota.epc-data.com/ and go to electrical/relays for the diagram of where it is located in yours. it could be close to the steering column up and right of the fuse box,You will have to look up by the brake pedal to get the right angle to find it.
