I understood that you cannot Interfile eb3 to eb2 if you change companies. What do you do instead ? File perm and I-140? Also what to do in this case if you have changed your job using your I-485 ead?

One more question. Can you interfile from say EB3 to EB2 after say u and ur family have moved to the EAD/AP from the H1/H4 non immigrant visa?

Quick question: To do the H-1B transfer and AOS portability, do the SOC/job codes/category need to be the same? Example: If my initial H-1B and AOS were filed under the "Sales Engineer" SOC category, and I get another job as a Sales Manager (it's a similar role but kinda a promotion), can they file my I-485 Supplement J under the "Sales Manager" SOC category?

What happens to my H1B with company A if I move to Company B and file 485J supplement. Will I no longer need of H1B with company B, but I still have an option to transfer H1B with Company C? . Also what happens if 485 is denied, then I have to go back to my country and can't transfer H1B and re-file 485 for resume Greencard??

Hi, thanks i come across to your video, i wish u can answer my question. My nurse daughter is here in the US from non immigrant to eb3, now with approved pp i140 last jul7/22 but until now they haven't sub mitted yet her i485&i765+, its been more than a month close to 2 mos now, i dont know what cause them the delay. Daughter so bored already of waiting, nothing to do stuck at home. At least if they submit gc right after i140 approval, processing could have move faster then she could of recieved EAd soon. My question is, if she move to employer B is she liable to a breach of contract from employer A ?(signed up 3yrs contract). Is moving to employer B has negative impact on her? Thank u i need your comment pls

Thanks for the informative video. I want to use ac21 and switch job. If new employer asks what is you work status- what is the correct answer? I can just switch job and work on supplement J after joining the new company?
