Pending I485, Currently working on EAD. No advance parole yet. Trying to apply H1 and H4 application. Once approved those H1 and H4, can I travel and get H-1 visa and enter US on it. Does it affect I485 application or future EAD or Advance Parole ?

With the current long wait times for visa slots. What happens in the following scenario? Pending I485, with valid H1b I94 until 2025, H4 EAD still in US. Primary applicant with I485 pending travels on AP to home country and come back with AP. Continues to work on H1B. Some time later, Can the primary applicant travel outside and get a visa stamping done in home country and use H1B visa for future travel?

I am Indian citizen, My i140 is approved and H1 expires in 2024 sep, can I travel to India for 45 days come back to united state using advance payrole??and without stamping?

Hi Rahul, my h1b us valid until Oct, 2024. Planning to travel India in Dec 2022 on AP. After returning to USA , do I need renewal H1b immediately or shall I wait until October, 2024?

no need to renew H1B until Oct 2024. Even if you try to renew it, if it is for the same employer, I don't think it is even possible since they would be the petitioner on the H1B petition that expires in Oct 2024.
