you have the old bearing you could use them to tap the new ones so you don't damage the bearing seals. actually you damaged the seal by using that piece of wood.

Currently my Apache RTR 160 (2008 model) running with 100/80 - R18 tyre. I want to upgrade to tubeless tyre. At that moment no tubeless tyre available in market at same configuration. Some shops suggest me to install either 110/80 - R18 or 100/90 - R18. So what to do ? Kindly advise me.

sir maine apni spledor i smart bike me rear wheel ke 3 bearing change kiye,,,,,,bearing fitting bahut achhi hui hai lekin jab mai excel ka nu pura yight karta hu to tyre smootly nahi ghumta,,,,,,,nut dheela karne se sahi ghumta hai,,,,kaya problem ho sakti hai,vaise bike theek chal rahi hai

You can see bearing size embossed on bearing itself,every bearing has their number written on it. If you want to know bearing number without removing it, then u can check the bike spare parts manual
