It made a big difference in performance when I changed mine.

Good thing since we can’t go and ride our bikes great video 👍

Lol, I know what you mean. I can only clean my bike so much. I keep taking my bike "to the store" to get it out of the garage and to good use. 🤣👊

The trick is to have an extra filter. I change out and clean the filter every month, so I always have a clean dry filter ready to go.

Thank you for this! Really like that torque wrench - what's the brand/model (if you remember)? Thanks!!

Thank you Charles for the feedback! The torque wrench I use in this video is the Husky in/lb. with 1/4-inch drive. Here's the link to it on my Amazon account, enjoy! :) amzn.to/2WL4DFD

Have any of you changed the factory air filter for a K&N one and if it really improves the fuel consumption and power of the motorcycle?... Thanks for answering.
@ManCalledHorse3 жыл бұрын
I noticed a difference between the overall running and reduction of fuel consumption (but it could be just because I had a dirty filter and cleaned it). Maybe someone else can chime in?

How many miles where on your Vulcan when you did the Clutch ??
@ManCalledHorse4 жыл бұрын
It was at about 7,400 miles (which for normal riding is very, very quick). But I do a lot of stuff which requires being in the friction zone a lot, so the OEM cork and rubber clutch plates wore out fast. When I drained the oil, it smelled like campfire. So, I replaced them with EBC kevlar discs. Which are designed for more harder, aggressive riding at higher temps.

Just set it out in the sun for an hour or so…..then spray on oil is a lot faster.

Put a K&N air- filter in much better and also cleaning again.

Not suppose to oil those. Suppose to be dry.. just see that grabing more gunk faster.
@ManCalledHorse Жыл бұрын
It's the filter recharge fluid that comes with the kit. First remove the old stuff then replenish. I didn't notice any difference from a new, new filter and doing this. But I get what your saying 🙂

@@ManCalledHorse yeah i dont know much about it, just figured oil and filter doesnt sound good. Waiting for my new filter cause i tried cleaning it and endednup ripping a hole on the last leaf. Wich sucks, but also waiting for new tires as well. Found out they are 12 years old. Just got my first bike 2 weeks ago. Vulcan 900. Love it!
