Omg me and my 17 year old was just talking about this. I told her you don’t have to get up at O dark in the morning to workout if you’re not a morning person. I told her most of those influencers only got up at that time to shoot that video and that may be the only time they got up at 5AM to workout that week 😂😂 I teach her take the good that suits you but move in it according to your energy, your style, your pace etc…same with everything else in life.
