Changing shackle Bushes (with cheap hack)

Replacing Shackle Bushes on a Isuzu truck, I used this easy hack to change the bushes and it only cost $5 in bits from the hardware shop. I found it impossible without doing this suspension hack. How to Install Shackles on Leaf Spring without a hydraulic ram

you could also stick the bushings in the freezer over night, the cold will compress the rubber so you can place the bushing without pressing

Should this work for removing them too? As long as two nuts are on the other end?
