Hi Laura, my English is not very good. In the past, I always relied on automatically generated French subtitles for your videos, but the machine translations were terrible, and I often couldn’t understand what you were trying to convey. The French translation for this video is so great ! and I completely understood the message you wanted to share. Thank you so much!!

This video is so cool! This is exactly the kind of stuff I've been wanting to learn and practice in! So much room in these phrases for play and musicality.

As a leader, I feel that my role is to initiate then take whatever energy the follower gives to me and then pass it back to the follower to do with as they wish. Swing!

Not only are you incredibly talented and inspirational but also super-super-fit! I hope you do know you've got a great body :-) On a different note - I've always been a great admirer of such tap giants as Astaire and Kelly and their multiple partners. I'm in awe of their artistry, musicality, perfectionism, and, well, glamour but nobody seems to understand me nowadays ;-) How can I incorporate a tiny bit of old Hollywood class in my Lindy Hop interpretation? Is it possible at all to go further down the J.Veloz route that you suggested to me earlier and not to become a travesty? I would really appreciate some practical advice, Laura.
