The one thing my OCD was worried about was the Greasing Hub. It doesn't look as good as the tired now. For the scratches on the tire, maybe use rubber feet on the tire holder?? Heck even Electrical tape would work for a short period of time. Something so it isn't metal on metal. Other than that GREAT VID!! Can't wait for the next part of it!!! EDIT: Did you use White lithium grease on the tires? If so that will make for a great lubricator for future tire changes. One other thing...Did you look into tubeless tires, or did you want to keep it as original as possible....or do they even make them.

I agree, thinking I’m going to paint the hubs as well. And yes that was lithium grease. The tires I got actually are tubeless, or so it says on the side, given the shape of the rims though, I wouldn’t trust them to seal.
