Helpful Oxana?!?!, IMMENSELY!!!. I love this style as well, there are so many ways (as you said) that you can apply this technique. Again, thank you Oxana for both ways is setting small cabs, we appreciate it immensely!!. 🙏🏼💔🌹

Thank you Oxana. Thinking a facet stone would be much easier. Your work is beautiful. Thank you for teaching us.

A facet stone would have a point in back and wouldn't sit flat against the back wires, you'd need to adjust the design to make little spaces for the back point of the faceted stone

I watched your owl pendant video right before this one. At 14:22 in this video, the two stones look like great owl eyes! Could be a fun way to incorporate this.

To be honest I've never actually added it into a pendant myself, but I'll have to experiment with that and make another video :)

Love the look of this more traditional channel setting, but never having done any I should probably try the other style first. 😅

How would one make a pendant base first. And then do this?
@OxanaCrafts
@OxanaCrafts 3 ай бұрын
I haven't done that. What I do with these is curve in the ends to hide the wire ends and make it a bar pendant.

I consider myself an experienced wire wrapper, and channel settings are just too frustrating for me to accomplish. They never look right.

They are very frustrating, I have trouble with them too, so tend to avoid them in most of my designs.
