I think it is a wise choice Feb.. It opens up the access potential to your content because posting those vids in your current channel is great, but the channel focus tends to act as a gateway that would prevent a whole host of crafting, magical nerds from discovering you. The followers on this channel who enjoy the crafting nerd and unboxing will follow you over and then a new tribe will form around that focused content. I, for one, appreciate it when content creators are able to break out of the one-dimensional mould their channel focus puts them in and expand the content that shows them to be multi-interest and, therefore, interesting and relatable on many levels. If they can do it without alienating their current followers, it is a definite win, and opening up parallel channels certainly looks like a winning idea on your part. Looking forward to subscribing.

Aaw thanks so much - you've echoed exactly my thinking. I love my Skyrim/FO family and love this channel - but, as we all are, I'm more than one interest and I've been having such fun doing those videos that I felt it would give me the opportunity to indulge myself without feeling guilty! :D

You should not feel guilty for wanting to share with like-minded people, so create that space and let them discover another facet of Feb and, interestingly enough, maybe themselves. How many Skyrim players might suddenly develop a desire to make their own Dwarven Oil and where could they turn to if they did? Now we know.

This sounds fun, will definitely check out your other channel! Completely unrelated but I'd love to see what you think of Mirthwood. There is a demo on steam and it's being described as 'an indie Skyrim meets Fable'. Oh and you can farm AND be a herbalist AND customise your home by the looks of it! Plants Feb...plants ;)
