Devil's Advocate was the only movie with a tense gore scare that actually scared me to the point of jumping back in my seat in a theater. It was the scene with the boy that's holding gore in his hands as Charlize Theron approaches him.

It’s funny cause I was just thinking of this movie this morning! I want to revisit it though because I don’t remember that scene actually. It’s definitely a great film with excellent atmosphere and suspense throughout.

@@Absolutesublime1 The atmosphere is more dark than most horror films. I can't place it, but there's something else to it's atmosphere that makes it so tense, and suspenseful. Seeing it in the theater was a Hell of an experience.
