Thanx for the update. I'm sure I speak for many in saying that I miss Anni's content, both here and on her own channel. Especially during the lockdowns when we couldn't see our own friends, it was nice to have a friend in Finland who taught us about Finnish food and has beautiful cats. But of course, you both need to do what's best for your lives. Thanx for all the hours of pleasure over the years. ❤

This is the problem with being a KZbinr, you get burned out after awhile. It's a lot of work on top of your regular job. I appreciate all of your hard work. I enjoy your videos. But I want it to be just as enjoyable for you two. Congratulations Anni on your Ikea job. I hope you love working there!!! And thank you both for all of the hard work over the years!!!

Great to see you both :) You are honestly two of the most genuine people I see on KZbin. Just have the production quality that works best for you. CodysLab is one of my favorite channels and his production quality is pretty awful, but people love his content all the same. Your content is good, and people will appreciate that regardless. I personally watch you because you're both extremely likable and the wacky stuff you get up to is fun and interesting. Stuff like the number of camera angles is barely relevant after that (to me at least!)

I had a long talk with Grant Thompson years ago. He told me how he had success with KZbin. He also told me how often he had to put out a video and how much he had to make off each video to cover the cost of said video. Now my girlfriend is working hard to build her channel to make money. She lives in a poor county for now. She stresses about how clear the cameras and sound are. I dont believe you have to have tv quality equipment to do this. And I do love all your fancy high speed camera stuff but what got me here in first place was the energy of you two just having fun! Thats your secret! Having fun! Dont make it a job. Make it fun and let the rest fall where it wants.

Some of my favorite videos on this channel were the early ones where you were blowing up canned vegetables, testing strange rocket fuels, and all that stuff. You've been getting more and more professional and complex over the years but it's okay to just do smaller stuff you find fun or to just do heavy work kind of stuff once a year or whatever. Just do what you enjoy as long as you have a good income. Success isn't about keeping a hobby or business going forever. As long as it meets your needs and wants then that's a success.

Hi I hope you are both well :) If you come up with some fun frozen lake ideas or other fun ideas it would be awesome to see this channel revived with a random video every few months. Your videos always felt like we were having some fun with friends :) I think everyone would be perfectly happy with some very low effort filming with just one, or possibly 2 cameras, and a pile of thermite, or lump of red hot steel. The fun content and laughter was always more valuable than the film quality :D I can appreciate the time and effort that has gone into some of the past videos you did and for that I am very grateful. Funny you should mention Demo Ranch, I literally watched this right after Matt's latest vlog. I think you could do pretty good videos with just one or two cameras set up on tripods and a single handheld. You need just enough to tell the story, and with a little planning you can have less wasted footage. Make it easier on yourself, burnout is real. Lots of people I watch are slowing down, or even retiring from YT. It used to be if I missed a day, it would be tough to catch up, but now I've had 2 day stretches where nobody posts. The key is to make it fun for yourself. If you are enjoying it, it will be apparent, and the videos will be better.

Nothing wrong with one nicely focused camera on the A roll and one wide angle, like a go pro for the B roll. Then you can edit easily plus the viewers get both the detail and the wide overview. I think people realise that this is the Beyond channel and want to see you and your interesting activities and don't require a super high quality visual. Sound is always tricky, have you thought about a Lavalier mic? Remember perfect is the enemy of good enough.

I think something like this will ware down components very quickly with normal use...but after the warranty you could swap out the engine, beef up the Hydraulics, swap out bearings etc with parts from western loaders. There's an excellent channel called "Diesel Creek," that swaps parts and fixes really old heavy construction vehicles and is an awesome fountain of knowledge, I've learned a lot just from watching his videos.
