Take your time man. Why not simply branch out from IASIP? Keep this a meme channel with 40k, but it doesn't NEED to be 100% IASIP. Technically, it doesn't need to be 40k either, but I figured you'd want to keep at least that part. Edwin Von Carstien and Barry Walts pretty much stopped and Wood Imp is rare, so even doing something other than IASIP would fill a big void. You and Edwin were the top guys (not that the other 2 were bad or anything), and you could corner the market at this point.

I've thought about it tbh - but I feel like people expect IASIP and 40k specifically. Maybe I will give it a shot and see how it goes. We'll see. I think views in general within this sub-genre have dropped a lot - could be fatigue - but it does affect ones desire to make videos because they do take time and the monetary reward is slim because they're short form. So I do understand why some people stop making them. Case in point.

@@itsalwayssunnyonterra TBH, with all the others stopping, I doubt viewer fatigue is going to be an issue, but your fatigue might be an issue haha. But hey, trying something other than IASIP might rejuvenate you, but don't worry so much about making one every dayor any specific cadence (even though this garbage platform only really promotes creators who make multiple vids every 24hrs, its dumb).

@@fu102 yeah, the YT algo kind of forces creators to make 1-3 videos a week and with a full time job and family, that can be quite a strain. I will be back though and will try your suggestion of mixing it up a bit. take care

Machine, heal thyself… #HENRYCAVILLASGARVIELLOKEN I think the biggest part that I’ve always enjoyed about this channel (I’ve watched since the beginning) was that you created something we never knew we needed. You were able to connect themes from great writing which transcends genres. There is only so much you can do within this space. And you got every single piece of meat of the bone. You could look into side character deep dives or juxtaposition of characters that never really interacted in the show but like an amalgam of lines and characters. Just make sure you let us know when you come back. I’m certain the creators of Sunny would have absolutely loved how the ideas actually work within their universe. #HENRYCAVILLASGARVIELLOKEN

Love your content. Honestly hadn't noticed any steep drop off in quality as you are feeling. If anything, the techniques have gotten better! My 2 cents is that you shouldn't have to be restricted to the IASIP content. It was an incredible fountain of inspiration to launch your channel, but I would consider expanding into other universes. Maybe one or two favorites at a time. Maybe take a poll for the next one to tackle, like the americam western movie shorts channel has been doing. Can't speak as to the views, i guess just the algorithm gods? Maybe include a direct ask for likes, subs, and comments at the end? Even referencing to the algorithm can call people to interaction. That's perfectly understandable and entirely valid. I definitely wouldn't mind branching out the humor beyond Always Sunny, you can even keep the same name, I really doubt anyone will mind. It's not like they're gonna look at it and go "wait, this isn't IASIP! I've been robbed!" Don't let it limit you, that's a contributing factor to getting blocked. Whatever you choose to do, take your time, your stuff is already awesome.

Also, if you're having a real bad writer's block time, always go back to the staples that have helped countless writers: cigarettes, alcohol, cocaine, speed, unprotected sex with prostitutes, etc. Works for a lot of writers, might work for you.

Just want to say, Just because I subscribe it doesn't mean I EXPECT more videos, I just want to see IF you do more. It isn't the end of the world if you stop making videos, there is plenty of other content on this site. Each video in my sub box is a treat, not an expectation. Your videos always brightened my day. If you feel you need a break take a break your more than deserve it. Personally I think you branching out to other things you want to talk about would be awesome and I would stay subbed or sub to whatever new channel you create to watch. If you do branch out I think it would be really cool to keep some of the IASIP jokes or even some of the scenes you previously created, be a cool throwback and keep to your original idea. But that's just my 2 cents in the end I hope you do what is best for you. Have a great break and hope to see you later down the line!
