Yes you can. I agree you let people carry a load, but this isn't an equality thing; you sometimes carry more than your buddy, or sleep less than he does because you can handle it and he will handle you when you're fucked, but it wouldn't work so well the other way around. You play to each other's strengths and weaknesses, and there is the strength of the team; the strength is not by being clones in capacity to one another.

That split leg drop with weight on his back was a remarkably foolish thing to do. Either he should have dropped the weight and picked it up when he was down, or sat down into it. @@felautumn9534 "having or revealing an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities. " is the definition of the word arrogant. You admit they have the knowledge about the subject and know the intricacies yet your calling them arrogant? If you wish to state that they are arrogant as they believe their opinion matters enough to comment something on this vid then you yourself would have to consider yourself arrogant too so that also doesn't work. also finally the word foolish still applies here regardless of his prior knowledge coming from a city background. A foolish mistake is always a going to be considered a foolish mistake regardless of ones ignorance. In fact him being tired actually supports the fact the mistake is foolish as you lack "good sense" when tired making him more prone to being foolish whilst doing the course.

All recruits who go for selection are already trained experienced soldiers who are already fit and probably done at least one tour of active service but on here its civilians who need that extra push and guidance otherwise they wouldn't get past the first day .
