The labour and other parties are using legal immigration as scapegoat to get into office. And would have to increase it to maintain those professional jobs. For example, tons of UK native teachers burnt out where foreigners have to pick up the slack for small wages and produce excellent grades at GCSE. So he is not really making sense.
