Putin says radical Islamists behind Moscow attacks - but linked to wider Ukraine campaign

Vladimir Putin has accepted that radical Islamists were behind the attack on Friday that killed 137 people at a concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow, but he has also said the shooting was linked to a wider campaign against Russia by Ukraine, something strongly denied by Kyiv.

I'm also sorry the Russian authorities failed you in so many ways in their handling of this attack and seem to be intent on continuing to fail you by casting blame on groups that had no part at all in the matter, instead of seeking to bring the real culprits to justice. This information would have been obtained by the interrogation of the gunmen and other suspects rounded up by the Russian authorities. I just saw new footage filmed from an upper floor looking onto foyer of crocus while gunmen are running around inside. You can briefly see 3 or 4 bodies outside the glass front doors, ie all staff and security were shot on the way in.
