Russian President Vladimir Putin has acknowledged for the first time that radical Islamists carried out Friday's attack on a concert hall near Moscow that killed more than 130 people.
Four men from Tajikistan have now been charged with carrying out an act of terrorism after appearing before a Moscow court on Sunday. In the wake of the massacre, Putin accused Ukraine of being involved - even as a branch of the so-called Islamic State claimed it was responsibile for the assault.
In remarks at a Kremlin meeting, Putin said the attack intended to sow panic among Russians.

Definitely CIA conducted this by using those extremists. If they were not involved then how the Americans were so accurate about the timing and place? The USA government warned it’s citizens to stay away from the crowded places in Moscow specially malls and concert halls for 48 hours and interestingly the attack occured within that timeframe.

Ukraine did it. The US knew ahead and thought Ukraine would stop the attack if the US exposed it. Ukraine went ahead with the attack. Last year Ukrainian troops were caught on camera wearing ISIS patches on a BBC clip. Other news organizations also showed Ukrainian troops wearing ISIS patches. Even then western propagandists made excuses for Ukrainian soldiers wearing ISIS patches. We have not forgotten. Obviously Ukraine was involved in this terrorist attack.

There were multiple attacks planned. The one on the synagogue was prevented. There is video footage of the Crocus theatre on March 7th of one of the terrorists casing the place out. The theory is that the attack was originally planned for March 8th but security was way heavier than expected due to the artist (Shaman) , VIPs in attendance, and possibly from the tip from the US. The guys were killed in the synagogue plot so the Russians didn’t get any info from them and probably assumed that was the only attack.

When it comes to security related information you barely get anything. We cannot disclose the details of the US duty to warn such as through what channels,credibility and most importantly frequency ie do we warn country’s about threats every week or is it like an amber alert? We can’t know it’s classified. Furthermore what could Russia have done if they did indeed head the warning and even still an event like this could have still happened, sad thing is we are rabid over these schematics rather than the innocence who lost there lives.

@@andrewwentzel While correct, none of that relates to Putin trying to blame Ukraine instead of IS-K who Russia was both warned about, had previously tried an attack that month as you noted, and then they immediately took credit. Personally the most strange detail to me is the 1 hour 18 minute response time after the attack started. In my country, the average emergency response time is under 6 minutes in cities. And this was in Moscow which should have the most heavy police presence in Russia, along with all the military agencies there.

After shooting people, the terrorists were in a hurry to get to the territory of Ukraine where they were waiting, they were detained a few kilometers from the border of Russia and Ukraine .

They were captured close to the Belarusian border on the A240 highway. The Belarusian borderguards were assisting in the arrests as reported by the Ambassador to Belarus.

@@soreeyez All media reports including Russian ones. The first Special Forces Unit appeared on scene 1 hour 04 Minutes after the attack and entered the building 25 Minutes later. It is strange considering the Rosgvardia Quater is located 4,2 Kilometers away and one need exactly 7 Minutes to reach the scene from there.

Each warning should be taken seriously. It is not clear that Russian security ignored the warning. It is more likely that heavily armed guards were stationed beside concert halls in downtown Moscow. That action protected those venues so the perpetrators looked for a place where a visible presence of guards was absent. When facing a threat invisible security is essential. Had plainclothes police with concealed weapons that blended in with concert goers attended they might have brought down the perpetrators as soon as they entered or the first few shots were fired saving many, perhaps all, lives.
