So I'm from Canada and hadn't heard of Jeremy Paxman until recently and I just watched his "Did you threaten to overrule?" interview. I've only ever known Piers Morgan since he came over to America and he started a show on CNN and onward and when I watched this Jeremy Paxman interview I immediately recognized where Piers gets his persona from. Piers always does the "ask the same question until he gets a direct response" tactic and it's funny to make this connection. I also didn't know his poor reputation in UK and he was a tabloid editor which also makes a lot of sense, his show is like a video tabloid newspaper. He always scare quotes a phrase when he doesn't believe in the story he's talking about instead of just coming out and saying he doesn't believe it. He uses a sarcastic tone of voice when he's critical of something but if he says the exact same words in an enthusiastic upbeat way then that means he likes the narrative, it's so trashy. He also has been very pro Trump as of late but he won't admit it, but whenever he talks about Trump he uses positive loaded words for him but when he brings up Harris/liberals he'll use negative loaded words and say them sarcastically as well so you always know where he stands, he's so slimy.

Who else is not buying this guys story? He doesn’t remember specific names, nor does he remember a specific detail of what made him feel off about the people there. That tells me that he’s lying. You would know the exact person and the interaction that caused you to think something wasn’t right about those guys.
