"Corrupt people run the system." This is a FACT. They have always been and will always be running it. So what chance have we got in this country? None. It will remain this way always -- with a handful of greedy and selfish, nasty "people" ruining life for all of us, destroying the country brick-by-brick, ruining any hope, and dragging us all down into the gutter.

The Warwickshire Police SHOULD enforce the Law without fear or favor, and should always operate as NO ONE is above the Law. But 'secret deal' dramas show that among Senior Policing in ANY Police Force shows there is a point of view among them that there ARE some people due to their connections whom ARE above the Law, and Senior Police are willing to aid and abet them in ignoring the Law.

@davidpalk5010
@davidpalk5010 21 күн бұрын
How does society ban the exercising of dogs and horses? No new laws are necessary. Police just need to uphold the existing laws - which they rarely do. Hunting continues in spite of the ban. Foxes continue to die. The HSA is the only body standing in the way of these organised crime groups, but the HSA has no support from the authorities and its members are often presecuted by police siding with criminals.
@t-and-p
@t-and-p 20 күн бұрын
Trail hunting doesn't exist. Afterall, has anyone ever seen them lay a trail? And, if they did, why would they put it across roads and train lines, endangering the public and the hounds? 🤨 The second that their dogs chase a fox, it is very obvious that they're not trail hunting. It should be easy enough to train the dogs on an entirely different scent, and to train them as a game, not something that is predatory/results in violence, so why are they still reacting so strongly to the smell of a fox and why do they want to rip the fox to shreds? 🤔 Easy - they've been trained to, in complete defiance of the law. The fact that their dogs are able to ki11 a fox speaks volumes about the way they have been trained and are controlled. My dog gets excited when she smells one (she's a traditional hunting breed), but she knows that she has to leave it when I say so. If I wasn't able to control her in this manner, I would be breaking the law by having her off the lead. If she took the life of another animal whilst out of control in a public place, the police would get involved, she would be PTS, and I would be prosecuted. So the fact that the hunt is not held to the same standards shows just how two-tiered the system is. The whistle-blower officer is absolutely right - they are an organised criminal group - and, like most organised crime groups, they have connections within their local police force. The law came into force almost 20 years ago. No dog that was trained before the ban came into force is still involved in hunting now, so that excuse doesn't wash. They also never get prosecuted for their thuggery - whether it's attacking saboteurs, trying to intimidate MPs, or trying to run over a cameraman. The sabs get it the worst, though, because they're too scared to report it to the police - because they believe (with good reason...) that they've been having their details passed on to hunts by dodgy officers on the take for years, as reprisals always intensify and hunts always know more about them afterwards. Hunting is not a "quaint English tradition", it's a crime - committed by people who seem to believe that they are above the law. Many are supposedly "trusted members of society", too. I don't think it's any major shocker that many participants are often unmasked as judges, senior police officers, etc. The wife of the former chief constable of Devon and Cornwall Police was a joint huntmaster - after hunting was made illegal. Says it all, doesn't it?

@davidpalk5010
@davidpalk5010 17 күн бұрын
@@pedroloco9327 And then there's the issue of "general intent" to consider. All hunters will tell you that the ban should be lifted. They all want to kill foxes. They go out equipped to kill, and when a fox is "accidentally" killed, the criminal justice system takes no action. Yet, going out with burglary equipment, or sitting at home planning a peacful environmental protest, or being drunk in your own home whilst having access to a car, are all situations that have resulted in prosecutions. Two tier policing in action.

@ChrisCooper312
@ChrisCooper312 21 күн бұрын
The funny thing is that it's basically the same "two tier policing" that's been a problem for decades in both cases. The "elite" Vs the ordinary people. It's not a "left Vs right" issue in most regards, it's just framed that way by both sides to try and cover it up. I mean we see it in the way that the same police that are supposed to be ultra "woke" are also pro bloodsports. One interesting thing to think about. A lot of these sort of rows come down to religion and tradition, and basically which religions and which traditions are allowed and which aren't, but when you look deeper, it's really that it's all about the way that religion and "tradition" empowers the elite and keeps the rest in their place. It's like the leaders of old who were happy to switch from "the king *is* a god" to "the king is appointed by god". From their point of view, and the point of view of the peasants, it's the same thing.
