I’m happy to be here. Can you help me understand something. Whenever I tap into my heart I start pouring tears out. It’s not sad crying whatsoever. When you open heart space energy it's not uncommon to have emotional release. What's happening is that when fresh/new higher vibrational energy comes in, old and stagnant energy is pushed out so you may not even realize what it is connected to, but generally most people will feel a sense of relief. You don't need to worry about this. All is well.

@@Blahlalovely no problem. A great way to gently work on heart space energy is through affirmations, prayer, humming, chanting, and mantras. There's an added benefit to humming, chanting, and mantras because the intonation and the consistency of the sound vibrations actually work on calming the vagus nerve which is what governs the Parasympathetic Nervous System. I have a video on the Ho'oponopono prayer on my channel if you're interested in learning a bit more.
