These are the many reasons the country is repungant. No sector is working perfectly, just because politiicans and civil servants dont want tech and digitisation. We need a president that belives in digitisation so the entire interpersonal relationships can be curtailed into tech process. That brings transparency and confidence for investors to plan and invest. Imagine if Judges and judiciary is tech enabled, imagine if real estates is digistised, imagine if we can vote from anywhere, imagine if without NIN you cant vote, imagine ... This is why developed countries are better

Thanks for the insight ❤ .. Speaking of Nigerians in Diaspora who are interested in real estate investment in Nigeria, which is more advisable, purchase a a property or invest in a real estate fund with an investment company?

Just hold on to your money. Invest where you are currently based

Or else go to a medium sized town to buy or build a property. Don't build in Lagos, Abuja or state capitals...u are on your own

It depends on what your goal is. Passive income? Earning in Naira is not exactly a rosy option as of today, however if the goal is for the long haul, yes certainly purchase a property. But like I said, it depends on what your goal is.
