A drone on daily patrol or satellite imaging should be able to fish out these sites. The heat generated by these refining sites should be traceable with satellite technology

This is nothing but a nollywood staged show by the Nigerian Navy, to show to Nigerians that the government is serious and doing something about this organised crime that is being carried out by the politicians, some highly placed persons and the Nigerian military officers.
