Firstly, is this Dangote refinery reaaly individual corp or Nigerian built using Dangote name. How much did Nigeria borrowed to Dangotte? Some say $20 billions when is large enough to buy outright a functionaing refinery as was done in Texas around the same time. Dangote aka welfare billionnaire waited patiently until Buhari came, our were co mingled and now a refinery is built. The question remains who really own it? Emefiele said all money borrowed to him have been paid back yet no trace of the payment. Nigerians must demand to know who owns it. Two hindred million n of us cannot be stupid.
