I knew all along the Rivers State Governor remain the greatest enemy of himself. Wisdom, is always profitable to direct, otherwise, it absence leads to destruction. How i wish fubara supporters will listen to this lawyer. He has said it all. Thanks for your presentation sir. Fubara should have accepted the political solution offered by the presidency. He was misled by those that cannot save him now. I question the competence of his legal team. Well may be they are telling him what he actually wanted to hear. Afterall his former attorney general resigned bcos he wouldn't listen to him. This may lead to impeachment if he is not careful. Like the lawyer said, let him swallow his pride and represent the budget to the house of assembly recognized by law. He has nothing to loose.

(b) Corruption. (c) Abuse of office or power, etc. And that such a person is not a fit and proper person to hold the office of Governor or Deputy Governor.
