Very good video. I really like your honest, offhanded approach. Like you would show a friend or nephew, etc . For those new to chanterelles, especially in the deep south, not all chanterelles' false gills will run all the way down the stem.

I just learned about these mushrooms. I have a lot of them in the woods around the house. Being a safety officer where I work the propane torch in the back of the stove makes me very nervous. Outside of that great video
