Yeah, i guess even though Dudley wasn’t the good cousin to begin with and was always putting Harry into trouble, i can tell that deep inside his heart, He actually likes Harry and wants to Love him as a brother and not just a cousin who has to stay under the rooftop of the Dursleys bc Voldermort killed his parents. However, the way his parents treated Harry and the way they raised Dudley to be the exact copy of his father made that impossible for him.
